Production

We control the full manufacturing chain from eucalyptus log to finished White Birch Plywood with Eucalyptus Core.

1. Log Sourcing & Verification

Eucalyptus logs come from legal, managed plantations in southern Tanzania. Each batch is checked for species, diameter, moisture, and harvest documentation before entering the factory.

2. Rotary Veneer Peeling

Logs are debarked and rotary peeled into continuous eucalyptus core veneer sheets. Producing our own core veneer is one of our most important quality advantages.

3. Veneer Drying & Grading

Wet eucalyptus veneer is dried to controlled moisture levels, then graded and sorted. Consistent drying helps reduce warping and improves finished panel stability.

4. Gluing & Lay-up

Eucalyptus core veneers are assembled cross-grain. White birch veneer is applied to the face and back. Glue application is carefully controlled for consistent bonding.

5. Cold Pre-Press & Hot Press

Panels are first cold pressed, then hot pressed under defined temperature, pressure, and time. Press parameters are recorded for each production batch.

6. Trimming, Sanding & Grading

Pressed panels are trimmed to standard sizes, sanded, and visually inspected. They are then graded according to surface appearance and quality characteristics.

7. Laboratory Testing

Our on-site QC lab tests each batch for formaldehyde emission, glue bond quality, dimensional stability, and general panel performance.

8. Export Packing & Container Loading

Approved White Birch Plywood with Eucalyptus Core panels are bundled, protected, and strapped for ocean freight. Finished goods are then loaded into containers for export through Dar es Salaam Port.
